Ingredients

– 1 can of tuna

– 4 cuillerées à table de sauce chipotle Saveurs du Sud

– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– 1 Philadelphia cheese

– 1 packet Knox unflavored gelatin

– sesame seeds

– 1 chive, chopped

– salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1.- First soften the gelatin in half a cup of cold water, to make it swell. Then, melt the gelatin with half a cup of boiling water to dissolve it and incorporate it into our recipe.

2.- Using a blender, mix all the ingredients (except the sesame seeds and chopped chives which are used for decoration).

3.- Invert into a mold and refrigerate until everything is set (about 5 hours). To remove from the pan, dip the pan in a bowl filled with hot water.
