Guacamole

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 2/3 cup of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of milk ( this will help avoid browning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Traditional Hot Sauce (Sauce Traditionnelle) to taste

Directions:

1.- Combine onion and lime juice in a bowl.

2.- Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and mix it in the bowl. Add the milk and mash the avocado using a spoon.

3.- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4.- Add an exotic touch with the Traditional Hot Sauce.

5.- Add salt and pepper.

 

To serve with corn chips or corn tostadas.
