Roast Chicken

This recipe is for roasted chicken with campagnarde sauce. Simply coat a whole or cut-up chicken with the sauce and add butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Roast in the oven for about 1 hour at 190°C (380°F). Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

Ingredients

1 whole or cut-up chicken

3 to 4 tablespoons of campagnarde sauce

2 tablespoons of butter

Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  2. Coat the chicken with campagnarde sauce and spread butter, salt, and pepper inside the chicken according to your taste.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 190°C (380°F).

Suggestion:

Serve this dish with vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, baby potatoes, carrots, and onions) roasted in the oven with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper, or with a fresh salad.
