Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1.5 kg of ribs
- 1 country-style sauce
- 1 cup of orange juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 shallots, julienned
Preparation:
- Place the oven rack in the center of your oven. Preheat it to 180°C (350°F).
- Cover the ribs with the country-style sauce and the cup of orange juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
- Add the julienned shallots.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, covering the ribs with aluminum foil.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
