Country-style Ribs

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1.5 kg of ribs
  • 1 country-style sauce
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 shallots, julienned

Preparation:

  1. Place the oven rack in the center of your oven. Preheat it to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cover the ribs with the country-style sauce and the cup of orange juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Let marinate for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Add the julienned shallots.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, covering the ribs with aluminum foil.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
