Baked Potatoes

Ingredients :

  • 6 firm-fleshed potatoes (1 1/2 potatoes per person)
  • Himalayan salt
  • 3 tablespoons of country-style sauce
  • Sour cream


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. Sprinkle each potato half with salt and rub them with another potato half.
  4. Arrange the prepared potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with country-style sauce and sour cream according to your preferences.
