- 6 firm-fleshed potatoes (1 1/2 potatoes per person)
- Himalayan salt
- 3 tablespoons of country-style sauce
- Sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them in half.
- Sprinkle each potato half with salt and rub them with another potato half.
- Arrange the prepared potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Serve with country-style sauce and sour cream according to your preferences.
