Ingredients :
100g of mushrooms
8 garlic cloves l
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of orange juice (or brown sugar)
Campagne sauce to taste (1 or 2 tablespoons recommended)

- Sauté the garlic with coconut oil, then add the whole mushrooms.
- Mix the vinegar, orange juice and campagne sauce, then add them to the mushrooms.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes so that the mushrooms absorb the flavors.
