Mushrooms with Country-style Sauce

Ingredients :

100g of mushrooms
8 garlic cloves l
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of orange juice (or brown sugar)
Campagne sauce to taste (1 or 2 tablespoons recommended)
Coconut oil Preparation:


  1. Sauté the garlic with coconut oil, then add the whole mushrooms.
  2. Mix the vinegar, orange juice and campagne sauce, then add them to the mushrooms.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes so that the mushrooms absorb the flavors.
